John Michael Green was born in August 24, 1977. He was born and currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. John graduated from Kenyon College, and is currently a writer and critic. Some of his other novels aside from "The Fault in Our Stars" are, "Looking for Alaska" ,"An Abundance of Katherines", "Paper Towns", "Let It Snow", "Will Grayson, Will Grayson". John Green is a New York Times ~ bestselling author whose many achievements include, the Printz Medal, a Printz Honor, the Edgar Award and in 2006, he won the Michael L. Printz Award for his extraordinary novel, "Looking for Alaska". John Green has been a finalist for the LA Times Book Prize twice.
He with Hank, his brother is one half of the Vlogbrothers, one of the most popular online video projects in the world. He is married to Sarah Urist and together they have a son, Henry Green.
